Holy crap, L and XL wen out of stock so fast!!
I had Jet black in the cart and it failed to check out. So I got Snow White. Large!

By the way, they claim they accept PayPal, but there ws no option for it. Anybody has anything to say about that?

    Have you ordered one?

Were you able to order the water bottle and cage? I couldn't add it to my cart.

You got that right at $2250 and change! My friend has a capra and the jeffsy....loves them both.

The Jeffsy AL 29ers in XL had very long lead times over the summer......now that they are back in stock, very tempting.....my only problem is the top tubes are pretty short for an XL at 637mm. Probably why they stock them with a 60mm stem.

    Congrats.

I could not get a water bottle. I did not even see where could I order one.
I also had another problem, wanted to use PayPal. But there was no way to do it. They say they accept it. But only credit card and bank transfer were listed as accepted payment forms.

Thursday and Friday I emailed their support with some questions. Got ticket number assigned, but no actual answer. Phones were answered by machine.
I think this can explain why:

YT Industries shuts down distributor to open new US office - Mtbr.com

I hope that doesn't mean delay. I got my order confirmation very quickly. No word on estimated delivery date yet.

All the bikes went out of stock so quick!!

Keep us posted if you get estimated arrival date.

Well, with all due respect, all I care is that I got a killer deal

But, I think the fact they were moving their office to CA, could be a reason for that sale. Might be less hassle to sell and ship bikes out, than transport them to new warehouse.
    Just guessing here.

Oh by all means I didn't mean that to be a hate towards YT. I have a Tues and love everything about it! I just meant those prices were insane good!

Holy cow. I got one at full price a few months ago and was happy as heck with how amazing a bike I got for the $$. This pricing is flat out ridiculous!! No regrets on the Jeffsy.

Crazy pricing, I bought a AL1 here in Canada on Black Friday and I thought I got a good deal. You guys south of the border are practically stealing them!

I ordered 12.01. On 12.07 got shipping notification. As of now estimated delivery is 12.14.
    Package left California this morning.

Status on YT website hasn't changed. Still says not processed.

My buddy ordered AL1 on 12.5 I think. So far he hasn't received any updates....

I have a feeling that on 12.15 I will get mysteriously ill. Might need to stay home. Can't spread disease at work!

While at work today, Fedex dropped off the package. Two days ahead of schedule.
    Wifey sent me a pic:

At least someone was watching it 😉

Pictures?? Meh... I was too busy riding it. At least before the snowmaggedon that hit here.
    But.
I'll try to post a few.

Little update on bike. My turbine seatpost sucked. Wouldn't hold my weight. If it was cold enough(23) it would not even stay down.
I'm riding with Brand X 120 mm for now. It works great.
Race face were out of stock on turbine so they are they are sending Aeffect instead, and throwing in CF bar for good measure 😁

    By the way:
Can I host pics on Photobucket and link them to here? I don't think I posted pics before...

Easier just to use the image feature on here. Quality gets degraded a bit but photobucket doesn't allow third party posting unless you have the stupid expensive plan.

Here are few pic from my coldest ride ever: 23 degrees

And this one is from last Thursday. There was nothing holding the bike upright, just snow....😳

Thats awesome. I have only been on one ride. The single digit weather in PA is out of control! I am not a winter person.

How do you like the bike so far?

Here is another one from a ride today.
    It's my CF1 and buddies AL1
As far as I know there were only 3 bikes in the park today. Cold!!

Yeah. I love my bike. We both do.
It's really stiff. Very precise. Light. And fun.
Any drop or jump that I did before, I can do faster, and feel better on it. Landings are nice and stable. Suspension is progressive, and I like it a lot. I have 3 tokens in fork. This way it's comfy, but it doesn't bottom out.

Brakes are really good too. Compare to shimano these are much stronger and offer way more modulation.

X1 shifting is crisp and easy. My thumb would sometimes hurt when shifting SLX. Not on X1

This bike is so close to perfection!!

I swapped grips to Easton Lock On. Stock ones were thin. I'm used to Eastons.

Only other thing that I might change is chainring. I'll probably get 28 or 30 tooth. With stock 32 I find myself wanting easier climbing sometimes.
And at some point when chain/casette wears out id get TRS+ 9-46 casette. That is probably it.

Those are some sweet looking bikes! I agree on the X1 shifting crisp and easy. I am coming from a 1x10 XT. I think I may switch out the rear maxle to stealth and lower the tooth count. I had 32 on my previous bike and some the climbs where tough. Going to bigger wheels will probably warrant a smaller chainring.

Why stealth? Don't like that lever sticking out?

Pretty much. I like the look and its pretty cheap - 20 bucks. I wanted to do the front but I use a seasucker talon bike rack and have to remove the front wheel for transport.
