Which Jeffsy CF Pro Race 27.5 or 29er?

I'm a 29er fully rigid SS Mtn-biker. I'm finally getting back into FS bikes and gears. I seriously don't see the need for a bigger enduro bike since the last big bike I had, it rarely got fully used on white knuckle trails.
    The 29er with 140" travel seems perfect.But I'm intrigued with the 160" 27.5

Totally personal preference. I couldn't be happier with my 29er. I had a Specialized Enduro before with 160mm travel and didn't like it as much as I thought I would. The 140mm of travel and 29" wheels are both just about perfect for my style of riding. I demo'ed a SC 5010 which has 27.5" wheels and didn't care for it.

Looks like I am in the same boat, but I am coming off a 2008 26 Ibis Mojo. I love the bike but just like me, its starting to show its age. Not its time to upgrade, cant decide on the 27.5 or 29 CF PRO.

I guess I need to review some videos on the difference, and really confuse myself.

What were the deciding factors for you? I'm demoing both this Thursday so that's a plus, but I'm just curious as to the things I should be looking for.

I just got tired looking for a bike and just made the decision to go with the 27.5 CF Pro. I was coming off a 2008 IBIS Mojo 26. So, I went with the 27.5 so the change would not be so dramatic. The bike is great, still getting accustom to the bike, and the feeling.

I got to demo Jeffsy 27.5 and 29 side by side last Sunday via their Rolling Circus demo tour. I was expecting subtle similarities, but their pedaling characteristics are noticeable different. The CF 27.5 is closer to enduro bike to me in terms of how it feels pedaling up and CF Pro 29 is more trail bike. Going down its pretty similar, but I actually like the fit of the medium 29 over the medium 27.5. A smidge more playful feeling too whereas 27.5 felt more planted like an enduro bike. Not sure what position the flip chips were, but the 27.5 felt like I was more on top of the bike. Overall I liked the 29 more. Felt like a rocket compared to the 27.5 going up. Most surprising was how much easier I felt trying to accelerate with the 29. From my experience 27.5 usually have advantage with acceleration.

Iím trying to decide the same, last 2 bikes have been 29ers trek fuel ex and now evil following. Was leaning towards 27.5 as I want something more playful.
