Some pics of wrist stretches I do

    Hi All:

I'm not a Dr., and I don't even play one on TV, but thesel are some stretches I
do to prevent wrist problems. (A Chiro showed them to me.)

Several folks have asked about them (in another thread), so I thought I'd post them for all to peruse.

Stretch #1 is the most important (IMHO) -- you should really feel it in your forearms when you do that one.

It's also good to massage the forearms if you can feel little bump in the muscles. Massage somewhat deeply, to the point of almost hurting. Only do this every other day, max (to give muscles time to recover).

Again: I am not any sort of expert, so use at your own risk. (Funny you even have to say that, but these days ...)

    Wrist curls with weight

Is the best thing ive found to combat arm pump. Keep the weight low and focus on hig reps. You will feel the difference on your next ride. They hurt like nothing else and they do kinda give you the popeye look...
