    Wearing a HRM?

Hi ladies, my 13 y/o daughter who races XC is getting a Garmin. How is it wearing a HRM, particularly Garmin's strap with a bra? Does it work better with a sport bra vs a regular bra, if at all? Is it worn lower, outside the bra, or higher but under it? Thanks. (LOL, this is so weird for me being a Dad asking this stuff but I'm the "bike manager" of the family)

I only ever ride in a sports bra. I wear it right under my boobs, so the lower band of the sports bra goes over it. It feels way too uncomfortable if I wear it lower than that.

I wear mine under my boobs. Usually the lower band in my sports bra goes over it. The heart rate box to the band goes right in between under your boobs. Make sure it isnt too tight. So put it on standing up and then sit down and kind of slouch or take a big breath to expand your chest. It should still be comfortable.
