    ISO shorter women's saddle

    Hello Everyone,
Yesterday my girlfriend got a new Shred Dogg, size small:

...she named her new bike Glowria.

She loves it! My girl is only 5'3" tall and the saddle is long enough (280mm) that its long nose pushes her forward to stand over a higher part of the top tube whenever she stops to straddle the bike. A less desirable option is to use the dropper to lower the seat whenever she comes to a stop but I wondered if I might help her find a good quality shorter saddle... thought I'd ask the experts.

Anyone have a suggestion or two?

One option is the WTB Deva which is 260mm long but this is only about 3/4" shorter than her current saddle (WTB Silverado Team). Not much.

One more factor, her dropper post is already slammed collar-to-frame and her current saddle is low profile (rails to top of seat). Fits just right but any replacement saddle would also need to be low profile to keep combined post & saddle dimension to a minimum lest she be forced to buy a new (shorter) dropper post to complement the new saddle.

Hoping someone might know just the thing.

    Thanks in advance,

    Specialized Power

Shorter than normal, but also extremely comfortable.

I recently got a Specialized Power Comp, I would recommend it as well. It comes in 3 widths. https://www.specialized.com/us/en/po...=220810-133509

I've been happy with the Spesh saddles that fit me. I might go back to the Power since they stopped making the Lithias.

Congrats on another XS Shred Dogg Is that Glow in the Gnar or a custom yellow?

Thanks for the saddle suggestions everyone, we'll check them out.

Stripes, that is indeed GG's stock Glow In The Gnar color, just a lousy photo that makes it look more yellow than the neon green it actually is.

We're heading to Moab, Fruita & GJ in a couple days to give Glowria a proper reception. Thanks again y'all.
