    Slx or xt brakes?

    Any amazing deals out there?

    Jensonusa.com has XT brakes (M8000) for 89.99/ lever+caliper and SLX for $71.49 per lever + caliper.

    This is a great deal but it is no better than their previous price

    True. But its within $10 of CRC - Id be shocked if you can do much better without going to CRC or bike-discount.de

    I've got them (xt) in my cart at competitive Cyclist for 89 each, plus 8% cash back from active junky. Guess that's as good as it's gonna get?

    Go for SLX if they are cheaper. I've had both and notice no difference.

    I ended up finding a set of slx with ice tech pads for 131 shipped. I agree, I've used slx and xt and I could tell the difference.
