RandomBikeParts 20% Off Sale...even sale items.

    https://www.randombikeparts.com/

I've used this site for multiple purchases over the years. Also known as Crosslake Sales. Very reputable. Just picked up a Sram XX1 11 speed type 2 rear derailleur that was on sale for $185.37, add in the 20%, total with free shipping, $148.30.

No worries at all. I just figure it's good to include just in case they don't deactivate it at the end of the promo (which apparently ended 11/26/2018???).

Not sure about the end of the promo. The code worked for me for the XX1 rear derailleur with no problems. Actually went back to purchase the X01 XG-1195 cassette also and the code worked for that as well.

That's great!! I was getting ready to pull the trigger on one of those cassettes as well, but found a great deal on an E-thirteen 9-46 that I couldn't pass up.

where on E-thirteen 9-46 ? on randombikeparts? I bought a couple from ebay a couple months ago with a 15% off coupon, now not sure I will use them. The jumps between gears looks too abrupt for my tastes and I really never need more than a 46T on my fatbikes, let alone my XC bikes. I will probably end up selling the e-13's on flebay when i'm done with my bike binging-building this spring.

I found a seller on eBay that has them for $175.00. I have the 9-46 on my new Rocky Mountain Altitude and love it. No problems shifting. I'm running Sram XX1 rear derailleur, and Sram XX1 trigger shifter. It's like butter. I'm building up a new Orange Alpine 6 right now so I'm going to run the 9-46 on that as well. Same rear derailleur and shifter as well.

2.4" Chunky Monkey 29er tires, two for $37.37 shipped.
Made by Maxis and designed by Shiggy.

Roll better than a Minion and corner better than an Ardent. Great grippy front tire in most conditions or a nice rear if you run a Minion DHF on the front. My 50a Monkey feels much softer than my standard Minion and almost as sticky as the 3C ones. Should be around 850g which is 150g less than my Minions

I bought a couple 9-46 from that same seller. I just looked at the diameter jumps on the last few large rings and thought it might make for award gear hunting (one's too low, one's too high), if you get my drift.

Good deal on the X01 cassette with the coupon compared to what they sell for elsewhere. I was about to buy a GX off ebay, but treated myself to the X01.

10 years ago I bought an entire single-speed commuter bike from crosslake for the same price as the undiscounted cassette...

Cassette turned up yesterday, they must be NOS as the serial looks like a late 2014 manufacturing date.

Thank you! Popped in to rep and thank you guys for this. My 8 year old stole my 10 year old's 24" bike (she's done with the old 20" Fuji Dynamite they both started on), and since my 5'3" wife is close enough in height to my 10 year old, I got this 15" Fuji Nevada Comp 1.1 for $438.66:

    https://www.randombikeparts.com/coll...o-10s-new-2015

Still shocked my son (my wife will likely stay on her $88 Walmart bike, since she doesn't want to spend the money for a real bike) will now have a decent air shock with remote lock out and Deore components, and I spent less than $500 on his new bike.

Also pleasantly surprised that there were no issues with bike despite being a 2015. The rear brake didn't even need tweaking! Of the eight mountain bikes I've built from a box over the last 14 years (mine, parents, kids and wife's), this is the most pleasant surprise I've had.

(Very much a YMMV, I have a Shimano bleed kit and tools, and I was ready to tune/fix/tweak as needed, but I'm very happy I saw this thread and thumbs up to Random Bike Parts on this order!)

    Thanks again!
