    Excellent customer service from Nashbar

    People like to tell their retailer horror stories here so I thought I'd tell about a great experience I just had with Nashbar.

    I recently bought some Nashbar-branded sunglasses with changable lenses, and within a week or so I managed to scratch the lenses. I called them to see if I could buy a replacement lens, and they said no, they'd just send me one for free if I sent them the old one. So I sent them the scratched lens and about a week later a complete new set of sunglasses (frames, lenses, case, etc) shows up in the mail. Yay!

    It's good to hear something positive about customer service, and to hear that there are still some companies out there that know what customer service is.
