Ebay 25% code - only eligible items

Sorry, I got excited and posted this before realizing it was another one of those "eligible items only" deals.

    Taken from Slckdeals:

Ebay 25% off Coupon: Max Cap $25. No Min

This Coupon is a 25% discount, valid from 8:00 AM PT on November 29, 2018 until 11:59 PM PT on December 1, 2018. No minimum purchase required. Discount applies to the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) of eligible item(s) on ebay.com. Eligible items are items with a 25% discount coupon available through the offer code PSAVE25 displayed at checkout. The discount will be applied to eligible item(s) only and will be capped at a value of $25.

Nearly pulled the same thing last night, but then saw it was eligible items only. Unfortunately I cant find any list of items or vendors, so not much we can plan for until it goes live.

Looks like it's 10% off toys/hobbies, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to include MTB...starting to think fleabay is crying wolf to drum up traffic.

According to SD, the 25% off coupon is EXTREMELY LIMITED. Supposedly its working for sellers who use ebay's internal payment only and do not accept paypal anymore. The problem is there's no easy way to sort sellers by payment method. In the past ebay has had a list of eligible vendors, but nobody can find such a list this time. Whats more, the 25% deal is not even advertised on the front page as usual. Very strange, and seems to be largely a waste of everyone's time.

Thanks. I didn't get that far into the thread before my eyes glazed over with all the whining and other random comments.
