Did I get a good deal?

I would rather get a road bike than a touring bike.

I still have 10 days to return it. I'm just worried that I can get a much better bike for cheaper price on bikedirect.com.

    good?

Is it a good fit? I ride a Bikedirect, Mercier. I have had it for 6 years and have been happy with it. I also have a Surly Crosscheck. I ride the Crosscheck more due to the comfort and ability to take it down dirt paths without fear. Across bike is a great compromise between the two. If you think you want a road bike make sure you get one.
