Cold weather riding jacket?

I need a jacket... waterproof, windproof, vented and breathable... so I can get out in the IL cold months. Any suggestions for a jacket and who's got a nice deal? I'm looking for a bargain or I'll just have to wait til next year. Wife's "evil eye" is upon me.

Performance has their sale going on with this jacket. Just bought it last week and it is REALLY warm. I did a 40 miler last weekend in the snowy morning and it did a great job. I even wore it yesterday on my commute to work in the sleety snow and it kept me really warm and dry. The ventilation is very good. I only wore a tank base layer and a long sleeve t-shirt and this jacket for a 30 degree ride.
