They've been on the site at that price for a while, so hurry!

    Note: They're yeller.

Getting down to the price where it would be worth buying them for the spare set of cleats alone...

Or you can buy these ones and use the 20% off coupon to get the price down to about the same if you don't like the yellow.

Is that price per pedal or for the set of two?

Set of two. I think they are overstocked on either the Candy pedals in general or the yellow Candy pedals specifically. I've noticed several sites selling the Candy pedals in the sub $50 range in the last couple of days.

I dig my Egg S pedals, and I have a set of Candy C pedals, but I've never even tried out the Candy pedals.

I find them to be very easy to get in and out of, but others will disagree. I am actually going to buy a set for my sister for Christmas as she is clipless pedal challenged and struggles with here SPDs.

One note, make sure to read the directions and install the cleats in the 15 degree release position until you get used to clipless pedals. Oh and it probably wouldn't hurt to wear some pads for the first week or so, unless you are a really quick study, you'll end up on the ground some.

He wasn't kidding when he said hurry! I had them in my cart this morning, but didn't have my CC info. When back on there just now and I find the price has changed to $69.99.

    Oh well!

Good timing. The 20% off coupon ends Saturday. Luckily, I pulled the trigger yesterday. FYI, there is a guy in the classifieds selling grey candys. I believe he has several available.
