Art's Cyclery and "All Sales Final"

I'm concerned, but don't know what's going on as of Sep 15 2018.

Maybe the retail ice age has caught up with them, but their online presence seemed to be solid.

Maybe too many $50 and free shipping things.

I know I'm guilty of buying a tire, then 3 days later a helmet, then a rear derailluer
Lead by my Lefty............... right down the trail, no brakes.

Just read the last posts from the other thread. They're relocating down the street and their continued online presence is up in the air if I'm understanding correctly.

I noticed they no longer list themselves as a Santa Cruz Bikes dealer on their website. Anyone know why? I bought reserve wheels from them a few months ago, so I would assume this is a somewhat recent development.

That stinks if true. One of my favorite online retailers.

But they're having a BBQ at their new retail location this Sunday. So while online sales are done, Art's the LBS lives on.

I ran into a problem with my return.

I just sent back 2pair of shoes and the new company which took over doesn't look like wants to credit me back...

They will try to solve it somehow with the previous owner, not sure how long that would take...

Almost $400 I would like to get back.

Very likely they broke their credit terms and SC shut them off.

Magic 8 ball says... You'll never hear from them. Really, it's not the new owner's liability. I think the best case scenario is that they are still selling that brand of shoes and they give you a credit. If they're no longer selling that brand there is no way they are taking them back.
