Schwalbe Hans Dampf or Magic Mary?

Been running the 27.5 2.35 Schwalbe Magic Mary on the front of my Knight Enduro wheels for a few months now. The tire works great on my terrain, decamped granite, rocky hard park and some sand, but seems to feel real sluggish on fast harder surfaces.
Has anyone used both the Magic Mary and the Hans Dampf? they look pretty similar, just wondering if one is better than the other in the conditions I've listed above.

I've run both tires in/on all sorts of conditions.

The HD is a great trail front tire in all but slop.

The Magic Mary, is the best (Enduro) front tire period... great volume, great grip, not overly portly.

For your conditions, maybe a 2.6 Specialized Butcher?

I run the above on my AM HT 29er. It replaced a Hans Dampf, solely because the HD doesn't clear mud as good.

The Butcher blows up to the same width as the HD, it sits a little taller though.

My Enduro mule runs the MM... b/c it's the bees knees for steep/techy terrain.

However, I think it's overkill for general trail riding.

I personally don't think the Mary is any more sluggish or slower rolling than the Hans Dampf.

I always thought the Nobby nic kind of fell between the MM and HD, Bigger blocks than the HD but smaller than the MM.

I'm running a WTB Trail Boss 2.4 in the rear, which works well as a rear tire but could not live with it on the front.
The bike that is in question is a Turner RFX, that I do everything from 40 mile xc rides with lots of climbing to bike park rides with lots of jumps and downhill, so I kinda want the best of both worlds, fast rolling and light and durable and grippy.
