I get 272mm for the disc side and 274mm for the non disc, that is, assuming that I used the correct hub dimensions. Here's the ones I found.
    Front:
    Flange Diameter - 56(L) 54(R)
    Offset (center-to-flange) - 19.5(L) 34(R)
    spoke hole diameter - 2.6

    Humor me...I got 170 and 171.
    Have the hope dims changed?
Just for giggles, what do you get if you calc the non disc side 2 cross?
I have relaced this wheel 3 times, I am beyond frustrated....

Have you checked the ERD of the rims? I have had 29er Crests that were off the number that Notubes states on their site by 3-4 mm.

On the Hope site (somewhere..), there is a table with old Pro2 dimensions and one with new dimensions, but they do not differ that much that you get in trouble with spoke lengths.

Sounds like an ERD issue to me. What is the ERD that you are using?
