mounting disc brakes on horizontal dropout of cargobike

I own a Babboe Big cargo trike and would like to mount disc brakes on the rear wheel. It used to have a nexus 7 with rollerbrake but the wheel and brake were stolen recently.
I have some spare 26" mtb wheels so I will try and mount a normal wheel with 9speed cassette and derailleur on it. I already found a hanger for the derailleur that fits in the dropout. (dmr chain tugs & mech hanger)
I would also like to reuse the disc brake of my old mtb.
But there are no mounts for a caliper on the frame. Just a horizontal dropout and a smal hole for fixing the fenders.
Are there any adapters I can use for this?
