Interesting Conundrum - CushCore Tire Wobble

I just put CushCore in my front and rear wheels. The front with a 2.5 Minion DHF went on with no issue. The rear 2.4 Aggressor was a pain. The front is spinning as true as can be but the rear is showing definite wobble. This is where it gets interesting. I put a pipe cleaner on the seat stays with a clearance of barely anything off of both the wheel and tire on both sides and it never touched but there is a definite shake when spinning the bike in the stand. Is it possible that there is a heavy spot causing it? If so, any ideas on how to correct it? I'm at a loss here. There is sealant in both tires.

Took the tire off tonight. I don't have a trueing stand so can't be 100% certain but the wheel looks true. When running just the insert the wobble is pronounced. Don't know if that's a normal thing or if I got a bum insert.

Do you know that the wobble isnt coming from the tire itself? Thats not uncommon.

Yeah, there wasn't a tire on it tonight when I got the insert to wobble.

I'd considered that but it wasn't doing it pre-install so double checked.

So, I talked to the guys at Cush Core and they got me sorted. Needed to pull up on the tire and insert before inflating all the way around the rim. Wobble is gone.

I have had to balance mine. There inconsistent
Li have also pinched the side of its and it was tucked into itself and caused a tire wobble.
    They can be tricky.
