    Hey Maxxis!

I have a request that I think would be EXTREMELY popular:

    29 x 2.5 DHF EXO 3C MaxxGrip TR (non-DH casing) Please!

I'ld like to see some of these 2.5 WT tires in a 2.4WT, since on my frame a 2.5 is too tight.

I'd like to see more dual compound dd combos. 3c just doesn't last long on slick rock.

If this is a "Hey Maxxis" thread, then I'd like to opt-in for a 29+ Ikon. My wishlist would place it both at 3.0" and 2.8" (the sub+ crowd would like a 2.6" too)

    Thanks
    CJB

Fair enough. I'd totally rock a MaxxGrip 29 x 2.5 DHF on the front of my mid-travel bike! But I'm also on the lookout for a wide racing tire for my + hardtail.

    Hey Maxxis, here's my vote....

A true 2.5" DH casing Shorty.

You know, a grippy, open tread pattern similar to the wildly popular (but terribly fragile) Magic Mary 2.5 DH.

Time to offer something with a bit more open pattern grip than the DHF/DHR2 (which is also great).

    That's in a 275

I'd totally buy the MaxxGrip 29 x 2.5 DHF (exo), and I'd also buy the dhr2 DD dual compound.

I just figured DHF 2.5's were going away since the 2.6 is out. Especially since the 2.6 is closer to claimed size, lighter, and faster rolling.

Seriously Maxxis... What is going on here? We still can't get a 29" tire in MaxxGrip compound without DH casing?

I got an Assguy and it's a great tire but it ran 1420g, a full 120g more than you claim. This is overkill for 99.5% of folks running a non-DH bike.

Please give us a DD casing DHF or Assguy front tire with MaxxGrip compound that weighs 1200g or less!

I would like it if the Assguy was made in a trail weight.

Holy poop that's heavy! I thought my Michelin Rock'R2 Magic blah blah blah tyre was heavy.

    LOL. Never gets old.

    Dear Maxxis,
I'd take a 29x2.4-2.6 DHRII and/or Shorty in Super Tacky without DH Casing please.
(Whatever it would be called; these tyre names / acronyms from all companies is getting out of hand.)

Thank you very much! My new front tire! I recently put an Assguy on the front because the Maxx Terra wasn't cutting it, but that adds almost a full lb to my front tire, and it's not really necessary.

One thing... The Assguy is great but the new DD version is still 1310g. This doesn't save enough weight to make it a good trail tire. An EXO or EXO+ version around 1100g would be much better.
