    Easton Haven: How To Tell 1st Gen or 2nd Gen?

    How can you tell if the wheelset is 1st gen or 2nd gen?

    The newer hub is marked M1-121. The older hub is marked M1-120.

    Depends who you ask. I asked Easton who said it's important to adjust the preload properly. It wasn't quite the answer I was looking for. There has been no refund nor is there any new model for 2013 that has anything but a new color. I've heard some comments that the new model has issues as well but many folks also pipe in that the wheels have worked problem free so your luck may vary.
