    Thanks for the recommendation and info i do know the pro4 are pretty louder and you can hear it miles away. I was just concerned that my dt m1900 which came with the bike was kinda loud so thought this will be the same on my new dt 240 hubs but if the grease is the case than it is perfectly fine. I thought there was some problem on the hubs. So Thanks mate for the info

    If you're looking for the DT's to be a little louder, remove the grease and use a Freehub oil, not grease. This might be a little louder. Dumonde Tech Freehub Oil is what I prefer when I use oil, which is usually winter time.

    1900 series wheels come with DT's 3-pawl hubs, not ratchet hubs FYI.

    Oh yeah, I wan't thinking about this. My wife had a Yeti with the DT 1900's and I remember that. I prolly have some photos of this 3 pawl set up somewhere.

    Oh really I never thought of that cuz didnít service the hubs i used it for 1 year and sold it and got xm1501. So thanks for the info.
