Continental Top Contact Winter II 700c tires wet weather question

Does anyone have experience with the Continental Top Contact Winter II 700c tires? Specifically in wet weather?

I live in the PNW where the winters are generally mild(temps between low of 36 and highs of 48ish). While frost sometimes forms its generally really wet. Always. My daily commute requires me to descend and climb a slope that is anywhere from 10%-18% grade. When it rains the streets get super greasy and slick.

I'm hoping to get a lot more grip and control with these tires in the wet, but I'm having a hard time finding any good reviews about their performance. They have 3/180 TPI so its fairly supple and the tread looks interesting as well.

Current tires are Conti Touring Plus 42mm which are great for all the broken glass and sharp objects, but lack some wet weather control.

Other wet tire suggestions are welcome.
