Live in Manitoba or Alberta, please have a look!

    Hey,

Are there any freeride trails at all in Manitoba? Are there any actually challenging trails around here (as in full suspension would be highly reccomended type stuff)? I'm looking at getting a Trek Session so I need places to ride the damn thing.

For any Albertans, I'm looking at buying the bike in Alberta, Calgary most likely. I've gotten a very nice quote from Calgary Cycle, could you help me out with other Calgary dealers that sell Trek so I could maybe get a price match?

    Thanks,
    Cam

Join the Gord's MTB Club - check out their website at www.gords.com

When I moved to Wpg, I joined with them and rode 1000s of kms. Bought a bike there too becuase of their unreal service. You think you'll save some 'tax' by purchasing in Cgy - do the smart thing and support your local bike shop.

you live in Wpg, but your buying a bike in Calgary? What kind of sense does that make? Support a local bike shop dude.

as for "freeriding trails" there's some trails in the Whiteshell, up at Grand Beach, Spring Hill...lots of stuff here and there, with tonnes of XC riding to be had in any direction an hour out of the city...get on your bike, ask around(like a local Wpg bike shop), good times.
