    First timer in BC

Hello riders, this is Yasmine from Egypt and next week on Friday 8th I will be coming to BC for the first time for one month. I have a Yeti SB5C and in terms of skills I guess I would be an intermediate rider.

I'll be staying somewhere close to Mt. Fromme and was advised to join NSRIDE for their Tuesday and Thursday rides and NSMB for some of the Fiver Races. I have also planned and booked all my weekends at Whistler. Any more tips for where I can check daily rides? I plan to ride daily starting 5:30/6:00pm till gets dark. My goal is to improve my skills big time.

Let me know, would love to hear from you

    Thanks
    Yasmine

If you're close to Fromme, you'll be able to ride to numerous trailheads and it won't take you long to suss out where you feel comfortable riding. And this time of year there will be lots of people out on the trails, so even riding by yourself you won't really be alone.

You might want to check out the Muddbunnies. Home | Muddbunnies Riding Inc.

If you find the intermediate trails in this part of the world are a bit intimidating (as happens quite often to people making the trip here), you might want to take an Endless Biking skills course, that's a fast way to gather the skills so you can get to enjoying the trails faster https://www.endlessbiking.com/lessons/

Sometimes intermediate trails look like this
