    1 Squamish Ride

In 2 weeks time, I'll have one day day in Squamish - time for 3-4 hours of riding.

    1) Where is the best place to rent a bike

    2) What's a good route suitable for a 50 year old flat lander with aver lung capacity?

    Thanks in advance.

I dont remember if Tantalus bike shop in Squamish rents bike, but we stop in every year and chat. They can give you good recommendations of trail routes, they know the trails.

I just rode at Alice Lake. The trails do not involve any deadly climbing. Lots of options once you get to the top.
    Safe riding,

Just rented a bike from these guys last week. Very helpful and easy to work with. Great customer service.
