XO derailleur pulleys - best CNC ones or just buy OEM?

Mine are worn to sharp pinpoints and I absolutely have to replace them. Do I buy OEM, or some other aftermarket CNC ones? Anybody have a bunch of them kicking around in a drawer they want to sell me super cheap? This was the only forum I could think of to post in...

OEM! They run quiter and shift better.

Aftermarket anodised jockey wheels work fine for some people. In my wrenching experience for others it's not so great, if someone can't figure out a shifting issue and they have anodised pulleys changing back to OEM solves the problem. Not worth the headache.

I got the KCNC, have been on for over a year, shifts crisp and quick, no issues.
