Using a GPS mounted to stem, is it stupid to get a carbon bar?

I wanted to know if it defets the purpose of saving weight by using a carbon handlebar when I ride with a 213g GPS mounted to the stem?
Will handeling be effected by adding a carbon bar? Or should I save my $.

    Thanks

Depending on the bar you might notice that it's stiffer than a cheaper bar, but handling wise I don't think you'll notice.

People will sometimes make fun of me for buying light parts, and say things like "just eater a lighter breakfast and it's the same thing!" My response is why not do that and keep my lightweight parts, then I am that much lighter.

So my point is, if you like to ride with your GPS (I do too) then keep the light bar. The alternative is, ride with your GPS plus your heavy bar and you're that much heavier.
"Donuts. Is there anything they can't do?"

I thought of that, but I love the 60scx. Plus, it works well in my jeep.
