    Tire Choice

I'm hoping Shiggy and some others see this. I am heading to a race on fast hardpack with just one loose climb and not terribly technical. I have the following tire choices and can't really decide in terms of the weight/rolling/grip decision.
    Continental Explorer Supersonic
    Hutch Python Air Light
    Schwalbe Fast Fred 2.0
    Maxxis Minotaur 380

    Suggestions?

    FWIW..

I'm racing this weekend on a course thats fast but tight hardpack, not all that much climbing, but half of it(10.2 mile lap) has dips, mega roots, bumpy hand cut hardpack singletrack, open powerline fast stuff. My tires of choice for this one is Conti Twister SSs front and back on a 22lb FS...over my 19HT with Karma's. Stans of course.

As long as you feel you can handle the techiest sections with the smaller volumn tire and abreviated knobs, then it should be ok. In the meantime your enjoying faster spinup from turn to turn, fast rolling, and better climbing(except maybe that one loose climb mentioned).
