strong and light stem for 200 lb XC rider?

I'm curious as to what stem you all would recommend for a 200 lb rider looking to get into XC racing. I know of a couple of light stems like the Ritchey WCS and the FSA . Is there anything else out there that offers a good strength to weight ratio? Currently on a Thompson (which I don't dislike) but I'm just exploring other options for my new bike. I don't ride too agressively (usually try to roll stuff rather that launch it). Thanks for the help.

Any of these stems would work:

I'm 185 lbs and I use the Syntace F99 (103 grams with Ti bolts, about $90 with the Ti) and the Pazzaz stem (147 grams with steel bolts, $16) on my bikes, both at 120 mm. Both would be fine for a 200+ lbs rider and will serve you well, it just depends on your budget.
