New question here. Strange marks in S-Works carbon riser?

I've had this in my handlebar since it was new, along with a few more similar but not as visible marks. There is an yellowish/greenish hue in these marks, like epoxy glue.

The handlebar is about a month old.

Should I be worried about it? Is it normal or is the bar going to break? The marks appear only on the right side of the bar.

Do you think I should get a replacement because the marks were there already when I got it?

It looks like an air bubble from when they layed up the outer layer of carbon. It probably won't affect anything since it's on the outside. If you're paranoid to ask about it though, go take it to a specialized dealer and see if they'll warranty it. Worst they can say is no.
