Stans conversion on a tubeless wheelset weight savings?

I'm currently running my XTR tubeless wheelset with a regular tire (Python Air lights at around 490 grams) and tube (120 grams). I'm considering ditching the tubes and running the Pythons with the Shimano tubeless valves and using Stans sealant (no rim tape necessary). Has anyone tried this on the XTR rims? Also, has anyone weighed the sealant that they put inside the tire. I understand the other sealant benefits of lower tire pressure and better puncture resistance...

I weighed Stan's sealant at 45grams per 50ml which should be enough to seal a tire (stan recommends 2 scoops but most don't). UST valves are about 5 grams so you'd be looking at around 70 grams per wheel saving. I do it as do many, many others. Tubeless tyres are going to be redundant very soon - Bontragers Tubeless Ready and Geax's TNT concepts is the future I believe, they just have to knock abit of weight out of them.

222 says that the python air light is not a good tire to use with Stan's.
