Preferred WW brake for trail/AM HT?

Hey fellas, what is the most popular WW brake set up on a AM/trail HT?

Been eyeing a Canfield EPO frame for a build.

Magura MT8 NEXT are light on paper but mixed comments on performance and power.

For reference, I am 180lb ride ready.

XTR's are also pretty great for weight to power ratio. They're pretty new but you could look into the sram level series. But, alot of this is also preference. If you have the opertunity to try a few brakes out at your LBS thats also a good idea. Personally I'm a big fan of magura's stuff.

Also, if power is an issue, I know its a weight sacrifice, but not a massive one. You could just run 180mm rotors. Or maybe just one in the front. But that should cover most issues with power if you have that problem.

Currently I'm running sram Guides with 160 rotors front and back. And I'm 190-200 lbs. I haven't had any issues with power/performance yet. So far I love the guides.

I've got Magura MT6's. You can get them cheap on Ebay. Very light at 440g (front and rear, rotors not included) but they don't lock up as easily as my buddies' Shimanos.
