    Best ROI for Weight Reduction!!!!!!!

It is funny...I see all of these extremely costly measures to reduce the weight of the bike. Here is one fore free...I took a dump before my ride and saved approximately 9 oz. and the best part about it was that it didn't cost me much more that the water that went with it and the paper required to wipe. So if you are considering a massive investment to shave grams off your ride...consider taking a #2 so you can be #1!!!

    Fun Poo Facts:

    Fecal Mass
The mass (weight) of a person's feces in one bowel action (see defecation). In humans, fecal mass is typically in the range of 50 - 300 grams (about 2 to 10 ounces), meaning that each time humans defecate (or 'poo'), their bowel motions (turds) typically weigh between 50 and 300 grams.

A bowel motion of 150 grams would have a length of about 15 cm (6 inches).

Fecal mass is generally linked to diet. People who eat more fiber usually defecate 'turds' with greater fecal mass. Fiber is found in many natural foods (such as leafy vegetables) as well as dietary supplements. Because they usually eat more fibre than western people, many non-western people have 'poos' with greater fecal mass than western people. It is generally believed that diets high in fibre may help to reduce the likelihood of colon cancer.

The joke itself is one of the oldest in the WW world.
    ....take a dump....go pee......shave your legs, the hair weighs a lot...etc.

It was kinda funny though, because I read this during my lunchbreak eating something....

Pre & Post Poo Race Weights

Good call on this one! Everyone posts weights and pics of their bikes. Why not compare pre and post poo race weights!

It is a good joke but I got tired of it. I often visit bike shops or meet guys on group rides and talk like that makes me pissed off. Take a dump, drill your frame, take off grips etc. Depends on who is making the comment too. I had guys advising to ride without tires and tubes, I answered I already ride tubeless Some guys are spending $$ and ride slow on 25lbs hardtails. Spend wisely and have less weight to carry on your back up the hill.
