Anyone have any bikes for sale?

I've been trolling through Craigslist Seattle for almost a month, checking every single new listing for a mountain bike, and still have had no luck. Either it's out of my budget, too far away, someone else buys it first / outbids me, or the seller never replies to my email.

If any of you fellow Washingtonians happen to have an old mountain bike lying around that you're trying to get rid of, I'd be more than happy to buy it.

So here is what I am looking for:

Brand: Specialized, Giant, Cannondale, Santa Cruz, etc.

Price: $0 - $500, possibly up to $650 (sorry, I'm a jobless 16 year old without much money)

Frame size: Medium / 17 - 17.5" (I'm about 5'7" so whatever would fit me)

Other: - Possibly Full suspension if it falls into the price range.
    - No broken, not functioning, or missing parts
    - Disc Brakes would be nice

I live in NE Tacoma/Federal Way/Dash Point/Browns Point area but would be willing to drive a little further (not too far).

Please post pictures of the bike along with the price, model, year, size, etc.

Please help me out if you are able, I REALLY WANT TO GET BACK ON THE TRAILS !!!!!!

    Thanks.

Hi, I have a few cro-moly frames for sale. One is a 1991 Specialized Stumpjumper Comp in 18", a 1990 Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo which is either 16.5" or 18", can't remember which right now.

Otherwise all I have are bigger frames, like a 19.5" Specialized Rockhopper from 1986.

Sorry bout not having them built up, but I'm saving the parts to put togther my early 90s Ibis with drop bars.
Good friction shifting is getting hard to find nowadays....

Well thanks for the offer but I am definitely not a bike tech so I think I'm only in the market for a complete bike so that I don't have to buy extra parts and have it built.

Hey guys, I'm getting desperate, I can feel myself getting lazier by the second now that I'm not able to hit the trails.

Here are some cheap bikes that I've found on Craigslist, some of them are pretty old but let me know if you think any are good:

Cannondale Delta V 1000 - $300 (Old and suspension looks a bit sketchy, but then again, I don't know much about bikes)

    http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/bik/2502281157.html

Cannondale SuperV 900 - $320 (Old but looks pretty good)

    http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/bik/2499791774.html

2003 Cannondale Jekyll 500 - $600 (A bit too expensive for my liking)

    http://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/bik/2504750016.html

Santa Cruz Superlight - $200 (I thought that this would be an absolute steal but its been a few days and the lady hasn't gotten back to me)

    http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/bik/2506145585.html

I also found quite a few low end bikes such as the Specialized Hardrock in the $200-$300 range but for the same price, I'd prefer to have a full suspension bike even if it is older.

I'm still open to any offers but I REALLY want to keep my budget under $400, ideally even under $300 (sorry for being such a poor cheapskate......)

I might be going to visit my sister in Bellevue today so I might be able to stop by some places along the way.

Hope you find something soon. I just sold my KHS xc504 for $450 on craigslist. Seems like they are selling pretty quick in the Sea-Tac area.

I have a 2008 Specialized Enduro size medium that I would sell you for $600. It has a Fox RP23 rear shock that I put on recently after putting a coil shock on another bike. You can have flats or spds...let me know. Drivetrain was replaced, not many hours on the current one.

Ping me if the OP is not interested. I might be for one of my kids. Can't PM due to low postcount. Thanks.

Aemmer, that is a nice fleet there! Where in the heck did you get the bars and stem? I forgot all about the curved style of stem used w/drop bars, my Ibis comes with a matching stem but its clearly for straight bars.
