    Patapsco

How are conditions nowadays at Patapsco. Wet as can be or what?

I'll be there next weekend, probably riding Sat. the 16th, around noon or so.

    I can't wait!!!!

As of Sunday, the trails are in good shape. There were 2 sticky places where the mud isn't dry. Otherwise the trails are dry. Weather today has rain on Wed. If there isn't a ton, it should be dried out by Saturday.

I made a really bad choice to ride at Patapsco today(Sunday). It was a mucky mess!!! I did not find a dry trail on either side of the park. I called it a day and climbed Gun road out of the park. THAT BAD!!!! I have only done that 2 times in 15yrs of riding Patapsco!!! Usually I make sound choices. Not today....Not today...

I went out on foot today to check the conditions. It's a wet sloppy mess. I was hoping with all of the wind yesterday that it might be in better shape. It still needs 2 to 3 days, or it needs to get real cold again.

I was riding there today, had to skip a lot of my favorite trails, but sections of Avalon near the halfpipe and the trails off Landing Road (near the powerlines) were pretty dry
