    Harrisonburg VA Conditions

Wondering what the trails look like in the Harrisonburg/GWNF area. The trails are still covered in snow here in PA. I was thinking about driving down tomorrow if the conditions are decent.

I heard a couple days ago that the western slope at Massanutten was riding well. Also heard that dowels draft and Magic moss were good over by Stokesville this weekend. Everything on the east side of the mountains is soaking wet with more rain forcast for tomorrow...

More snow this week in PA..... How are the trails looking down there now? We rode the Signal Knob area last weekend and the conditions were decent.

Rode Lynn and Wolf trails ( in the GW) yesterday. Lynn was good down low, still snow covered up high. Wolf was soft in spots and the last creek crossing was DEEP.
With this warm weather, I'd guess things are getting worse, not better....

Plus looks like 3 days of rain before the weekend unless the forecast changes. I'm hoping to head down there this weekend but its looking pretty questionable.

Rode western slope and also Reddish knob over the weekend. Alot of down trees on Reddish but no snow. It was frozen so hard to say how it will be when it thaws. Rode western slope above freezing Friday and bellow freezing sunday. It was pretty good both times.

That's good to know, because its snowing yet again in PA.... Tempted to hit Reddish Knob since I haven't ridden it in quite a while. Thanks for the update on the conditions.
