We had an awesome sunny ride on Sunday for the Shingletree Shuffle. Right now it is snowing, less than an inch.

I am headed out of town Thursday for two weeks. Taking my bike for a ride on Friday this week and next down in Abalama.

Can you hook that up to your car?.......

Thanks! Its an Arbor ALT. Special ordered the thing at the end of the '06/'07 season, before I found out that I'd miss the entire '07/'08 season due to a shoulder surgery. I think the ALT has been renamed Coda for this season, with a different graphic.

Arbor makes some seriously cool decks, both for snow and skate. In addition to bamboo, they also use Hawiian Koa wood on some decks, but they don't have the snap that the bamboo does.

Can't wait to point that thing down some black diamonds soon. Getting my pass tomorrow. Think snow!

I can ski. And tele just seems so, uh, let's say "mentholated". I knew I was really a boarder the first time I tried it. It's like surfing, with a few more clothes. It's more of a flowy thing, with much, much less thought involved. I don't hit the rails and park stuff, but will do the tree runs if there's enough cover. And shuttle supported full moon runs after the lifts have closed down the Western Territory? Don't get me started. Not that I condone those kind of things......

As long as we can drink, sounds like a plan.
Plus Oldnoon said I can stay at his place since I paid him with a beer at Tour de Lilly!!

Guess I better be getting those XC skies I've been thinking about. Jeezzzz ! Just bought
a set of lights so Malibu and I could keep riding longer and look what happens. Oh well,
no snow here other than flurries so I'm going riding this evening.

Oldnoob, where is the link to that camera of the valley? I was looking a T-line camera's
    and none have that view.

they still have it labeled as the dolly sods cam for some reason. but the camera is on the otherside of the valley on canaan mountain (near canaan heights) looking southeast. you can see some tline slopes on the left, whitegrass in the middle, and cv ski area to the right. (if its clear enough)

Don't worry, the snow outside in my yard is melting as we speak, there will be time for several spins through the woods, however beware of tree stand inhabitants, orange is hot this season..... Deer monday aproacheth .
P.S. Does any one know of some good unicycling spots in the foggy bottom area?
