Canaan valley or holliday lake state park?

I'm planning on spending a week at one of these state parks with my wife and two kids and wanted to know how the mtnbiking is.
Surely i will steer the family towards the best biking.

...Holiday Lake has some decent singletrack around the lake (approx. 6 miles worth). There is another 11 miles of multi-use trail that sees horse/ hikers/ bikers consisting of doubletrack & singletrack stuff. Last I was there the multi-use trails (Carter-taylor trail system) was getting a bit overgrown & in need of some trimming back. I live about 30 min. from the lake so if you decide to come to Appomattox, shoot me a PM...I can at least give you some riding tips if not help out with guiding some.

Canaan Valley or Blackwater Falls State Park will have a bunch of riding opportunities.
You can choose from Fire Roads, Back Roads, great beginner singletrack, or singletrack
for the not so faint of heart. Name your poison if you go there and I'll be glad to point you
and/or your family in the right direction.
