New question here. Yet another Who Can Identify this Bontrager thread

I have another mystery Bontrager frame! Today I picked up an old Bontrager on CL - and I've been reading up on all the different things that one can use to ID a Bonty frame and I'm still at a loss. But here is what I do know:

I have an early Bontrager Race Light. Early 90s at the latest. I know this because it has:
    - steerer tube with the relief area in the front middle
    - sleeved chainstay
    - gusseted chainstay near the seat tube
    - round chainstay near where the tire runs

And I know it's an older race lite because it has riveted on aluminum top tube cable stops/guides

But here is where it gets weird. The geometry isn't matching up with any of the published specs I can find. The seat tube is precisely 15" from center of BB to center of TT. But the TT is ~27.7" from center of STS to center of HT.

Also the serial number - which is barely readable - appears to be 0422.

Any old Bontrager aficionados who can shed some light on what frame I have found? It's painted/powder coated a dark green, which appears to be original. The stickers however do not appear to be original. I came with Deore LX hubs and 8x3 deraileurs/shifters and a Rockshox Judy XC fork.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. And in case you're wondering, I plan to have the frame stripped and powder coated, and I haven't decided where to go from there.

Does it have the threading for the front derailleur pulley?

Should be 15in C->C for the seattube and 26.6 C->C for the top tube. They came in green in like 94 - 98 if my memory serves me, so color for these isn't reliable. Privateers were only specific colors so those are dead giveaways for the year, but you could order in something like 6 - 8 colors for racelite's for a number of years. Definitely racelite with that headtube. If the fork is from the factory, I believe it would be '95+.
