I think the price is too high. I bought two very similar Univega Rover Sports for $100 in Sedona two years ago. Lightly ridden, in very good condition. We use them when family come to visit.

I have a soft spot for Univegas as my first mtb was one. But yeah, I would not pay $180 for that one and it doesn't look like a 20".
Here's a refurbed chrome one near me! It is listed as a 17". Dang, that does look like fun to cruise around on!
