Spotted this vintage frame at a local frame builder

Question : What frame is this and who is the VRC owner..

Went for a ride yesterday with a buddy and we had the pleasure to be invited a local frame builder to visit his shop. As I was admiring all the resto frames, we walked into his paint booth and he show me this frame and guess the VRC owner ?

Yep.. Fork looks great with disc tabs and pink powdercoat. The frame is still waiting for the rear triangle to be sawed off and tack on two custom wood seat stays.. should look good. I'll be painting this one once the Krylon cans are back in stock at walmart. Seriously, I spotted the fork by the window.

    Nice!

I'm embarrassed to say how long that poor bike has been there.

I had to snap a picture when I mentioned VRC at MTBR and he mentioned that he had one of your frames.. He has a very impressive workshop. I know you will be happy with the outcome.
