    I remember it...

a Joe Murray design , called Future Shock I believe ( a name later owned by Specialized ). Might have a pic somewhere in the old mags, but they're boxed up and a pain to go through. You're right though, it looked like a Lawill but with cro-moly tubing, and elastomer shock, pretty short travel ( like most of its time ). I've had a Lawill Leader and a IRD TL-5 ...and would LOVE to try a USE Sub anti-dive fork. But with compression damping/ inertial valve/SPV technology, most telescopic forks are doing a pretty good job, and for half the cost of the USE !!
that rug really tied the room together.

I think it was also called Z-Link as well. Will check on Thursday when I am back home. I have a NOS somewhere in my stash and take some pics.

I belelive this only lasted for two years. Simple design, but not much travel, and the pivot bushings were iffy. Called the Future Shock in 1992 until Specialized found out, and then the name changed to Z-Link in 1993.
