Frank Strnad Frames? Anyone have details?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...127470350&rd=1

I came across this while scanning ebay and it struck me as interesting - looks like a very early full suspension frame design. Anyone know much about this builder - Frank Strnad?

there was a big argument about that frame (well, maybe not that specific one) in here a few months ago.

I have one. I got it from the MOMBAT museum when it closed. I am in the process of restoring it now.

Obviously the 14 year old post has a dead link. Any chance we can get a picture?
A garage full of steel frames means happiness.

I have two Strnad bikes, both in operating condition.
One is a steel frame and the other is carbon fiber, both with Campagnolo equipment.
I ride the carbon fiber one as my go-to bike. as the steel frame bike was my original 1st Strnad. it is now my guest bike, riding the streets of NYC. I just put new Vittoria tubes and tires. maintained by a local specialty shop.I would sell my steel frame bike for less than $1000.00, as my guests have dwindled as we get older!

I can post pictures of both if there is any interest.

    Strnad frames

I have some photos taken this morning, but i need to learn how to upload them to this forum.I guess i uploaded too many. anyway, the blue on is the steel bike and the black one the carebon fiber bike. Still riding them regularly. Even took the black one to Europe 4 years ago for a 400 mile trip through France.
