Fat Chance Team Comp w/ Box Crown fork

Cleaned up my Team Comp a bit today. I'm guessing its an 89 or 90. Mostly M730, IRD seat post and Switchback brakes, Fat Chance bars, Salsa stem, Bullseye cranks, etc. I still need a black Bullseye rear hub to complete a wheelset I'd like to put on it. Havent had a chance to ride it yet, but it feels nice around the neighborhood. Thought you Fat guys might like it.

That thing is a rare beauty to be sure! So pissed that I have little to no chance of finding something like that over here...

I've got a set of black bullseye hubs laved up to some mavic oxygen rims that are just hanging around the garage. I think it even has a shimano 7 speed freewheel on it....

Got 'er finished and out for a ride. After doing a little research this frame and fork might be a little older than the parts.

Don't know what happened to the original pictures, but I took a few new ones.

thanks. You know, Rumpfy might disown me (if he hasn't already), but I think I actually prefer the more laid back seat angle on this vs the Ritcheys from that era. Makes the cockpit feel a little more roomy when descending it seems (especially leaning back)...However, to get up to that cliff was a very steep climb and it required some serious upper body muscle to stay forward with that laid back seat angle. Everything's a trade off. Fun bike though. Very lively ride and that fork really oscillated over the bumps and while braking. It's no Type II.
