That's really cool. Durango Bike Works was / is BMX legend Robbie Rupe.
Rupe was a welder for Yeti in Durango and struck out on his own and formed DBW in 1992. He was DBW until 2000 or so and then moved to Socal and build under various names such as Canyon and Define Cycles. He's currently reforming the DBW brand here in Durango. Great guy. I did a podcast with him a few months ago that you can check out on iTunes.
