    a couple of cool things..

I found today while cleaning my garage, my race # from the 1990 MTB world championships in Durango and my leopard print SRAM derailliuer.
I also came across some old MB action, Mountain Biking and Mountainbike magazines, some from the mid 80's. I haven't seen this stuff for years. I'll post more pic's of the stuff I came across soon.

Very cool, I still have the stars and stripes version of that derailleur! Haha.

I've never seen the leopard print one before...

    That derailleur is not cool.

    It's smokin' hot.

I was also trying to get the stars and stripes version, called the "Betsy Ross" from SRAM, supply was limited, so I never got them, but the leopard version I have was even more scarce. SRAM even made a "woody" version.

I saw a cammo version of the 9.0 sl esp derailleur not too long ago on eBay. Also the leopard version. Supposedly prototypes for trade shows that never made it into productions like the woody and betsy versions.

I had a woody once, it came on an old bike I bought. Really didn't work too well.

Love that number plate! Wish I still had mine. It was hung up at the shop I worked at as a kid and it somehow disappeared. I do still have the two pin-on numbers though.
