97 Kona Aha and Specialized FSR

Quarantine cleaning unearthed a couple of time machines. Sadly I will probably need to sell them to make room but boy do they evoke an interesting time in mountain biking history.

    Specialized FSR
Chameleon paint green to purple aluminum frame. A bit scratched up (more from storage than riding)
Marzocchi Z1 100mm fork (crack on crown but fork still feels plush. Replace?)
    Crossmax wheels
WTB Velociraptor 2.1 front and rear tires
MRP replacement link 5.5 inch rear travel
Fox RX Vanilla shock w/500 lb eibach spring
    XT front and rear deraileurs
    XTR front and rear brakes
    Sachs grip shifters 24 speed
    Chris King headset
    Sharkbite pedals
    Titec Berserker DH saddle

    Kona Aha
16 inch frame professionally stretched from 110 mm to 150mm dropout
    Marzocchi Z1 bomber 100mm fork
    Chris King headset
    Azonic stem and handlebars
Hope hubs and Sun Phat Albert 50mm wide rims
IRC Cujo 2.35 tires front and rear
Hope disc brakes front and rear
    Titec Hellbent seatpost
    Titec Berzerker saddle

This bike was a hoot to ride! Cruising around town to ski lift riding.

Im probably going to sell it locally as we are still under lockdown here in new york city and its difficult to get it to a shop and ship it right now. However if you know someone here who can pick it up or i can get it to them and they could possibly ship it out at a later date.

Riding that Aha was what made me realize what a difference big tires make. The 2.35s were the biggest tires you could easily find with the possible exception of some of the giant Nokian 2.8-3.0 downhill tires
