1992 Yo Eddy - only 2 projects away.......

I am working on 2 other bike projects at this time, but I hope to get this classic 1992 Yo Eddy restored by the end of summer. This will become my wife's bike, so it will be geared, and she wants to have it powder coated pink with some purple trim.

I said that would be cool, because I have a full set of original factory decals in silver and black and I have some purple avid tri-align brakes, and purple avid ultimate levers in a parts box. Plus a few other purple goodies to bolt on....

When it is all said and done with this will be a stunning bike. I will post a picture when the project gets started.

    Only two projects away huh?...
I can't tell you how many times I've said that...

A very clean looking chance you've got there. I'm a fan of Yo Eddys'.

Where are you having it repainted? I beleive D+D East did all the factory paint work for Chance.

Hold on tight to that factory 'big one' fork!

My theft recovery Fat with a bunch of black rattle can paint on it. One of many projects, but I won't say 2 away...

    Eric,

I am not certain if D & D did all of the painting for Fat City, but I was told that when he came (returned?) to Fat, he was allowed to put his own stickers on the bikes. I would guess that this only applied to re-paints, but who knows? I have one bike with a D & D sticker, a 90 Team Comp, and it was a re-paint.

Almost had me fooled. I was gonna offer up my beat 91 to save that one. Good thing I'm semi-literate almost. Why is this old post here?
Too many bikes, and just enough time to ride them.

If you're not done yet, I'll buy the fork for $50 to give you some extra cash to help it along. I'll even throw in a 1996 Judy XC! Wait, wait! And some grips, and maybe a couple of inner tubes, and um ....
