    1991 and 1992 Alpinestars catalogs

I'm just going to post a couple of pages. The rest can be viewed @ https://mombat.org/Alpinestars.htm

Anybody ever seen the full suspension bike? Kinda neat looking.

Totally worthless trivia but I loaned them the rocks for the '92 catalog from the place I was working at in SLO.

My wife (girlfriend back then) had the '91 al mega. One day I was cleaning it and found a crack, when I disassembled it for warranty I found about 3 more! The '92 replacement never cracked while we owned it though. I always thought those bikes looked so cool back then - still do.

Those shoes were really nice too, except I pulled the bolts out of the sole inserts on two pairs. Looking back I think the bolts were probably too short. I don't know if they are/were related to A-Stars MX boots but the shoe itself was very comfortable (similar to the boots back then).

I remember pouring over both of those back then. They had some neat action shots in addition to the bikes.

    Thanks for posting!
