Need Quick Answer: Highland WITHOUT a DH bike?

Thinking about an short-notice, impromptu trip to Highland tomorrow. I only have an XC/trail bike - a dualie 2010 Specialized FSR Stumpjumper.

Would I be miserable there on that bike? Would it be OK for my first cautious visit to a lift park? (As a first timer, I plan on keeping it pretty slow and easy.)

How about the XC trails there? Should I focus more on those with that bike?

Thanks in advance for voicing your opinions!

Heck ya you should go! Lots of trail you can ride on xc bikes. Look before you leap!

You can demo a DH bike for $20 for two hours, just beware once you go slack you can never go back! I just made that up have fun
Once you go slack, you never go back!
