    Fork rebuild in Burlington/Essex area

Like the title says I am looking to have my forks and possibly shock rebuilt I do not think they are holding air and would rather bring them to someone locally. I know there are plenty of shops but if anyone has any recommendations or if there is any one on here that provides that service privately that would be great as well. Not looking to have the bike gone for many days.
    Thanks

I don't know about right in Burlington, but you can trust iRide in Stowe to take care of it.

EDIT: whoops, I thought you meant Burlington, MA.

I'd second iRide up in VT.

Bike Express in Waterbury did a fantastic job of rebuilding my fork and shock.

Call around the shops and ask them what their turn around time would be? Supposed to rain bunches Monday/Tuesday so youíre not losing out much trail time.

OGE, Ski Rack, Earl's in Williston. Not sure thereís a shop in Essex.

Anywhere in the burlington area can be somewhat unpredictable depending on the staff, but I've been happy with Skirack's work and turnaround time, hear the same from others. If they say its going to take a while, OGE and Earls are all good.

Skirack has been hit-or-miss for me over the years, largely dependent on the person doing the work. Hopefully a more significant job like a fork/shock rebuild (as opposed to a simple service) would be bumped up to one of the more senior techs and not just the nearest slack-jawed teenager who usually handles flat tires and kickstand adjustment duties...

Ended up going with Earls do to location and turn around. Will let you all know how it goes.

I also ended up just getting the rear shock serviced/new seals put in.

    Thanks for the help
